Vauxhall has been investigating Zafira B models following reports of fires in the area of the heating and ventilation system and has taken this issue very seriously.
In order to provide Vauxhall customers with the latest status on the investigations and news of a customer action where Vauxhall will write to all affected Zafira owners. Rory Harvey, Vauxhall Chairman and Managing Director, has recorded a short video to explain (see below).
Harvey describes the action Vauxhall has already undertaken and explains the customer action which will include an inspection of the vehicle’s heating and ventilation system and the replacement of suspect parts, returning the vehicle to a safe operating condition.
