The Vauxhall Corsa is the UK’s best selling supermini, according to the latest new vehicle registration figures published today by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).

Vauxhall sold 2,376 Corsas in April, helping the model rank top of its segment for sales year-to-date, with 13,852 sold so far in 2025.

Vauxhall also topped the sales charts in the combined B-segment, due to the continued popularity of the Corsa and Mokka, with 22,487 sold collectively in 2025. The Corsa Electric is currently the second best-selling electric supermini in 2025.

Eurig Druce, Managing Director, Vauxhall, said: “At Vauxhall, our leadership in the UK’s electric and mainstream markets reflects our commitment to meeting the needs of every driver. The Corsa’s position as the nation’s favourite supermini highlights  the strength of our offering. With EV options across our entire range and initiatives like our Electric Streets of Britain campaign, we’re dedicated to accelerating the UK’s journey to an electric future.”

Vauxhall offers a fully electric version of every car and van model in its line-up.
