After two successful seasons, Vauxhall has returned as the official light commercial vehicle partner (LCV) for the 2019 Bennetts British Superbike Championship (BSB).

A total of six vans will be utilised by BSB to provide both track and offsite support during the season, with the fleet including four Movano and two British-built Vivaro panel vans.

The Movano L3H3 2.3-litre CDTi BiTurbo (145PS) vans are equipped with sat nav, tachograph and tow bar. The load areas are kitted out with full-height plywood lining and floor.

For the Luton-built Vivaros, BSB opted for one panel van and one double cab, which can accommodate up to six people. The panel van has features including tow bar, offside/nearside sliding doors, resin-coated laminate plywood floor and full-height plastic load lining panels. The double cab also has a tow bar and full-height lining in its load area.

“We are delighted to extend our partnership with BSB and are looking forward to providing them with vans for the season,” said Derek Wilson, Vauxhall’s LCV Director. “The Movano and Brit-built Vivaro vans not only look great but will provide fantastic load-carrying capability both on and off the track.”

“We are pleased to welcome the Vauxhall brand back to the series for a third year,” said Stuart Higgs, Bennetts British Superbike Championship Series Director. “The fleet will help with on track logistics throughout the season, starting this weekend at Silverstone.”
