Thousands Expected to Join Wales-Wide Protest Against 20mph Limit

A major protest is set to take place across Wales on September 17th to mark the first anniversary of the controversial introduction of a 20mph speed limit on most residential roads. Organisers have announced plans for a convoy of vehicles to travel throughout the country, finally gartering in a rally at the Senedd.
