With a few days left before the big debut of the new Top Gear, a new trailer of their spinoff show Extra Gear has landed also revealing Chris Harris as the second host, next to Rory Reid.
The new behind-the-scenes show will be filmed each week right after Top Gear, bringing 30 minutes of previously unseen footage, interviews and exclusive films.
Rory Reid will be joined by none other than Chris Harris who promises to be “telling it just the way it is”. As for the main show, the first episode will feature a group test of the Dodge Viper ACR against the Corvette Z06, complete with roof-mounted guns in celebration of the Top Gun’s 30th anniversary, an Ariel Nomad driven in Morocco and a road trip to Blackpool with a pair of Reliant Rialtos.
The new season of Top Gear kicks off on this Sunday (29 May) with Extra Gear to be broadcasted right after the show on BBC Three via BBC’s iPlayer.
